2025 Contest Winner - Laura Stoltzfus

Photographed are Laura Stoltzfus and "Tilly"s Tun-acious Sable Warrior, an 11-month-old dachshund puppy. Winning High Combined and High in Trial Rosettes, at a Novice Only Scent Work Trial. "Tilly" loves to follow her nose, she also enjoys finding moms socks every morning in preparation for her favorite sport Handlers Discrimination. She has also achieved 21 Titles before she turned a year old. "Tilly" is Laura's first puppy that she kept from one of her litters. Laura is going to use the prize money to take "Tilly" on a shopping spree and a day at the spa as well as some more entries to earn more Hodges Rosettes!

2025 Honorable Mention - Rebecca Steinle

Photographed are UACH Sir Riley Steinle RA CGCA CGCU FITB and Ruby Rose Steinle RI CGCA CGCU TKI FITS, both Miniature Schnauzers after completing in Teacup Dogs Agility Association, an agility competition with Pure Joy Agility Club at Canine Sports Academy. Riley and Ruby love to compete in agility with our friends. Winning means recognition for the wonderful and creative work on the photo backdrop and display by the members of Pure Joy Agility Club. The money will be used for the next agility competition.

2025 Honorable Mention - Kristina McKenzie

Draco in his senior years (now 11yrs old) has slowed down a little but we love keeping him active. Barn hunt is a great sport for them to use their nose and communicate with the handler to alert the correct tube the rat is in. Draco earned his Novice title quickly and then we focused on earning his RATNX title.

2025 Honorable Mention - Catherine Walker

Photographed is "Stardom's Every Little Thing" (aka Amazing Grace), an English Springer Spaniel, after earning her NADD Dock Diving Master title at Valley Center Dog Dock. Amazing Grace is a Registered Bright and Beautiful Therapy Dog who also enjoys NASDA hunting sports and jumping off a dock! Grace's is going to donate the prize money High Desert Dog Sports where she trains.

2025 Honorable Mention - Nena Damson

Photographed are Charlie O’Dell and his pup Cascade’s Northern Lights “Hydrus”. A boy and his border/whippet mix after their UpDog Competition hosted by Evergreen Disc Dogs. Hydrus plays multiple sports with Charlie including Flyball, Dock Diving, AOK9 racing and Disc! But they like to spend their down time cuddling on the couch. Charlie is going to use the prize money for a custom Disc and team shirts for him and Hydrus.

2025 Honorable Mention - Kimberlee Levee

Photographed is Stealing Hearts Like A "Bandit" a Southeast German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue, who earned 2nd place in the Gold Division at the United Dock Diving Year-End Finals held at Florida K9 Sports in Myakka City, Florida. Bandit loves the water so dock diving is of course his favorite sport. The prize money will be used to buy Bandit a new flashy dock diving collar from his favorite collar maker Dock Stars Collars & Leashes.

2025 Honorable Mention - Jamie Heberlein

Photographed is CedarWoods' Meeka Wish on Me, affectionately known as "Meeka," an Australian Shepherd who proudly displays a customized ribbon celebrating her impressive agility career achievements as she enters retirement. Although Meeka retired from agility this past year, she is now enjoying life as a full-time therapy dog and continues to serve as an Assistant Trainer (demo dog) for a local tricks class. Meeka plans to use her prize money for her favorite indulgence—treats!

2025 Honorable Mention - Allana Wiggin

Our Dobermans Hannah, Lilly Grace (lying on bed) and Lynch compete, and are champions in multiple dog sports. Lilly Grace is 10 years old, but we don't tell her that, and she doesn't act it. Hannah and Lynch are 5 this year, they were adopted from Dobie Ranch Rescue in Crystal River FL. They compete in AKC, CPE, NASDA, NADD, BHA events, and have multiple titles in all those associations. Their prize money will be donated to Dobie Ranch Rescue, to help with other displaced Dobermans.

2025 Honorable Mention - Julie DeKing

Photographed is 8 year old Tanner, Gemstar’s Lightning Strikes RN, DCAT, ACT1, SWN, CCA, RATCHX2, CZ8B, RATI, DMX, DSX, DJ, AJ, HDN, CGC, TKE, FITG, after earning his Barn Hunt Crazy 8’s Bronze Title in May 2024 at Central Bark Canine Events in Central Square, NY. He is a fun, goofy, happy boy who loves to make the spectators laugh when he is performing/competing! Tanner loves to use his nose for all things barn hunt and scent work related. Tanner’s mom is going to use the prize money to continue with Tanner’s training in tracking and scent work this spring.

2025 Honorable Mention - Marie Therese Aymard

Third Strike Phelan, a Belgian Malinois, proudly adorns his 30,000-point NAFA Flyball award that was presented by his club, Pacific Pups. Phelan has since gone on to earn over 50k in flyball points and is about to earn the ranking for the #5 all time Malinois in the sport. Phelan looks forward to using his prize money to pay for his entry fees for his next tournament, and some string cheese - his favorite treat to race for!
