FAQs
What does "can ship in 72 hours" mean? Orders using an existing custom design or stock design can ship within 72 business hours of order confirmation. If you're submitting a brand-new custom design, standard production time applies.
Does a new custom design cost extra? When submitting a new custom design or logo for the first time, die charges and artwork charges may apply. Once your die is on file, we will keep it on file with continued use or up to three years without use, before it is discarded.
How many ribbons do I actually get per roll? Each roll is 100 yards (3,600 inches) long. Cut at 6 inches each, you'll get approximately 600 individual ribbons per roll.
Can I choose a ribbon length other than 6 inches? Yes, 6" is the standard, but you can let us know if you prefer another length. Just keep in mind that different lengths will change the total number of ribbons you get from the roll.
