Get Started & Write A Product Review
If you placed your order online, you'll receive an email about two weeks after it ships, inviting you to review the items you bought. It's a quick way to leave your feedback straight from your inbox. If you placed your order over the phone, through email, or just prefer to leave a review on your own time, you can always head directly to any product page and leave a review for that specific item.
Here's How to Get Started:
- Log into your account and locate your order history.
- If you placed your online order as a guest, you’ll need to create an account using that same email address to access your order history.
- If you never placed an order online with us before, you’ll need to create a new account. Order history will not be available since your order was not placed through our website. Skip to Step 4.

- Find your most recent order and click on the order number.
- Find the item(s) you want to review and click on its name to return to the product page.
- Once you're on a product page, scroll down and find the section called: "Customer Reviews."
- Click the button: "Write a Review."
- Proceed to fill out our product review form and submit.
You may repeat these steps for any of your previously ordered items. We appreciate your time and would love to hear from you!

No problem, you don't need an email to leave a review. Just head to the product page for the item you ordered and you'll find the option to leave your review right there.
Can I leave a review for more than one item from my order?
