As a Senior Designer for the past 12 years and a mentor to fellow designers since 2008, she has played a key role in shaping the company's creative direction while fostering the growth and development of emerging talent. Her background in both design and manufacturing provides a unique perspective that bridges creativity and production, ensuring projects are not only visually impactful but also practical and effective.
